What's for supper tonight?

Well, I've been informed by the 'Food Boss' that we are having left overs tonight. Even though I was prepared to make Taco Pie.  Guess that will be on the menu tomorrow night.

My mom makes this recipe all the time and it's always a hit.  We'll see what my crew think of it.

I think I'm going to use a pie crust instead of the crescent rolls.  I'll keep you posted.

  1. How did this go with the pie crust? I made it this summer but with soy beef and it was enjoyed at home so much that I was asked to make it for an office party this fall.

  2. It actually turned out quite well. In fact - I think I preferred it to the pie crust. It was a bit sweet and went well with the saltiness of the taco seasoning.
